- Stage 1 : Merit List – Prepared based on the simple average of percentage marks obtained in Class 10th (Matriculation) and ITI Trade examination.
- Stage 2 : Document Verification – Verification of original educational certificates and trade certificates.
- Stage 3 : Medical Examination – As per prescribed Railway medical standards.
