White Sox Player Praised For Role In Ending Tim Anderson-Jose Ramirez Fight

While Jose Ramirez might be the apple of everyone's eye after the way he knocked down Tim Anderson during today's White Sox-Guardians game,

many people had praise for one of Anderson's teammates for ending the embarrassment.

After Anderson got put on his back by Ramirez's right hook, it was Andrew Vaughn who not only got Anderson off the ground,

but carried him all the way off the field and back into the dugout with his bare hands.

Vaughn likely saved Anderson some face and an even stiffer impending punishment from Major League Baseball.

As a result, fans have been singing Vaughn's praises for getting Anderson out of that embarrassing situation:
