Well, it certainly sounds like Spurrier will spend the entire 2023 season calling offensive plays for Tulsa.

Spurrier will join a new staff at Tulsa led by Kevin Wilson. He was named the head coach of the Golden Hurricane in December.

Wilson was with Ohio State from 2017-2022. During that span, he was the offensive coordinator and tight ends coach for the Buckeyes. Time will tell if Spurrier and Wilson can revitalize Tulsa's football team.
