The Pittsburgh Steelers are experimenting with offensive lineman Kendrick Green this week.

Instead of having Green lined up on the line, he's lining up as a fullback and has been catching passes during drills.

They think he has the ability to do it and so far, it's working.

This could be a new wrinkle to the offense for this season and create matchup problems for other teams.

Seeing him and Darnell Washington, who is a tank, line up in the backfield or along the line, could be something else for the Steelers.

They also have numerous other playmakers, such as George Pickens, Diontae Johnson, Pat Freiermuth, and Najee Harris.

Green could be a valuable replacement for fullback Derek Watt after the Steelers opted to not re-sign him when he became a free agent back in March.

Matt Canada is finally showing some creativity as Steelers offensive coordinator and that should excite the fanbase.
