NFL Player Reportedly 'Sent Home' After Calling Out Coaching Staff

On Friday morning, the Cleveland Browns reportedly sent defensive end Jadeveon Clowney home.

"Defensive end Jadeveon Clowney was sent home by the Browns Friday and won’t practice with the team after remarks he made to cleveland.com on Thursday," Mary Kay Cabot of Cleveland.com said. "His status for Sunday is uncertain."

So what exactly did he say about the Browns coaching staff that got him sent home? He made it clear his future isn't with the Browns and suggested the team hasn't put him in position to succeed.

“You’re all trying to get somebody into the Hall of Fame when all that matters is winning,” Clowney said.
