College Football Reporters Not Surprised By 'The Blind Side' Story

NFL star captured the hearts of America. But a new story suggests that it wasn't quite as real as we thought.

A new court petition from Oher alleges that the Tuohys never formally adopted him,

but merely tricked him into signing a conservatorship that allowed them to profit off his story and likeness while he himself received nothing.

As devastating as the story is, some college football reporters don't seem too surprised by the revelation.

Taking to Twitter both USA Today's Dan Wolken and the Washington Post's Steven Godfrey admitted that they weren't surprised to hear this.
