College Baseball Team Can't Host Super Regionals Because Of Special Olympic

Indiana State advanced to the NCAA tournament's Super Regionals, where the No. 14-ranked team will face TCU.

As the higher seed, Indiana State would typically receive home-field advantage for the best-of-three series.

However, the school announced Monday night that they're unable to host due to logistical issues. They'll instead travel to Fort Worth.

The area is preparing to welcome the Special Olympics to Indiana.

As a result, they won't have enough hotels and staffers to meet the NCAA's accommodation requirements.
